With the continued spread of COVID-19, the Center for Healthy Hearts will remain open with new protocols for office visits, medication pick-up, and eligibility screenings.
To ensure the safety of our patients, volunteers, and staff, we have implemented the following:
Routine follow-up appointments by video chat and telephone calls.
In-person visits and medication pick-up by appointment only.
“Virtual” waiting room: when you arrive to the clinic for your scheduled appointment, please park in the parking lot behind the building, remain in your vehicle, and call us for further instructions.
All patients are required to wear a face covering during in-person appointments and medication pick-ups.
The Center is not performing COVID-19 testing at this time.
